STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!
"On May 25 I ordered a computer from them. Got a package on June 3, 2020. WRONG ITEM. Spent over 4 hours trying to contact them. Received an RMA and packed the wrong item to ship it back to NEWEGG. They received my return on June 8, 2020 . I have tried in vain to contact their "CUSTOMER SERVICE (NOT)". Finally June 19, 2020 I got an email stating that I am being refunded the price of the computer but not the shipping nor the invoice wherein I billed them $112.50 for the time spent trying to resolve THEIR mistake. MY ADVISE: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM. It is Chinese junk at its worst. They are SCAMMERS!"

Faulty soundbar
"Received a soundbar that did not work. Sent email about problem to seller, and promptly recived a new soundbar that works. GREAT! That is what I call service!"
