"My order was filled and shipped very promptly by USPS. They didn't even charge for the shipping because the bill was over $50. This was my first purchase from them but sure not the last one! I recommend this vendor to anybody who asks."

"I bought a LeadTek WinFast TV2000XP Deluxe TV/FM tuner card following an upgrade from Win ME to XP because my old ISA based ATI-TV card is not supported under XP. It took some research to stumble into this LeadTek TV tuner card and probably its best vendor, Newegg.com. The were running a special sale on it for $54, incl. free shipping. I ordered it on Tuesday (May 13) afternoon and it was delivered at my home Friday morning of the same week. It can't get any better with free shipping, folks! I would give this tuner card five stars if it was not for the poorly documented installation procedure. However, Newegg.com deserves the five stars from me without reservation."

"Recently I obtained an Ultra-160 LVD SCSI drive with an 80-pin SCA
connector instead of what I really needed: a 68-pin HD. So I looked
around for an 80/68 pin converter, but all I could find was the
Single Ended (SE) variety that reduced the speed of all my hard disks to half of the LVD speed. So I looked to CS Electronics again, where I'd had such a good purchasing experience before. Sure enough, they did carry the converter which arrived again at record time for a UPS ground delivery option, IMHO: in 3 days. Though the item itself was relatively expensive, considering the very modest shipping charge the total cost proved to be well worth the exceptional quality
of CSE products. Upon delivery I immediately tested out the adapter
and was able to confirm that it inedeed worked flawlessly as an LVD
adapter with my U-160 HD.
If there is one criticism regarding this purchasing experience, it would be about the lack of a full fledged e-commerce Web site most of us are used to when shopping on-line. CSE's online ordering is not much more than a secure WEB form which though lets you select the shipping method, it does not show the shipping charge. Though the Web page does note the fact that shipping cost added would be the actual shipping charge, one tends
to feel at the mercy of the sender and hopes it would not be too
high when the bill arrives. Due to my prior purchase experience
I trusted CSE that the cost of shipping would again be nominal
(and it was, just under $5!) but I can imagine that this lack of
forward knowledge might discourage some shoppers.
All in all, I consider this a minor issue and would still recommend highly their products."
