"The company was not transparent about a product being "refurbished", so once I noticed that it was a returb item I emailed a cancellation request. This occurred 10 minutes after the order was submitted and it was 11pm on a Saturday night, meaning it was nowhere near shipment. Yet, I was told I would be charged $17 (10% of the item cost) because I cancelled the order. This is 1) a terrible, non-customer friendly policy to begin with and 2) particularly terrible given the specific circumstances involved here (refurb item not CLEARLY and OBVIOUSLY noted, quick cancellation because of that). Do not order from them. They do not understand customer experience, and clearly don't mind offending and ruining customer relations with 1st time shoppers."
