Took my money and never delivered
"I paid $$$ for a birthday delivery from store #225 to be made YESTERDAY. Lo and behold, nothing arrived to the recipient. And of course, today all I get when I call is a STUPID RECORDING trying to sell me something. All the tracking email shows is "order confirmed." Then...nothing. I got no email saying there was a problem nor did I receive a phone call. And I provided an email and my cell phone number. The recipient never got a call or message either...and I provided her number too. They just took my money. I will NEVER order from them again. NEVER. NEVER. NEVER."
