1st & Last time I "try" to do business with them
"Found a wrench set that I was looking for at ToolDiscounter, with a decent price and low shipping cost. Placed my online order and received a confirmation email immediately. 2 days later I received an email stating my order will ship in 1-2 weeks.
3 weeks pass, no update on my order. I send the customer service team a message via email to get an update... No Response.
5 weeks pass, no update on my order. I again send the customer service team a message via email to to get an update... No Response.
6 weeks pass, no update on my order. I email the customer service team again and demand that they give me a shipping confirmation for my order before the end of the week, or cancel my order and refund my payment... 8 hrs later I received an order cancellation confirmation email.
Terrible customer service, and not once was I able to get a response from a customer service rep. Be aware that they list items for sale on their site that either are not in stock, or do not have the ability to source in a reasonable time frame if ordered."
