"Purchased a key for Windows 11 Pro for my new PC. Had problems activating windows and reached out to support. Support replied almost instantly, helped me troubleshoot and walked me through the process to upgrade my installation from Home to Pro and then the key worked without a problem. And they did this all without making me feel like an idiot in the process. Very grateful!"
