Above and beyond customer service
"We needed small batch book printing for a personal project, and my expectations were exceeded at every stage. The website is easy to use with helpful guided information, the pricing is reasonable (I did quite a bit of online comparison), the quality was great, the shipment arrived early, and the service was friendly and personal. It was clear this company cares about their product, and cares about their customers. I will absolutely be a repeat customer, and would recommend DiggyPOD."

Confusing and limiting promos
"My husband purchased a gift card for me, but I wasn't allowed to use the pre-purchased credit on my order. Promos were very confusing and unclear on how to redeem them, so it's a frustrating buying experiences as it's not straightforward. I've heard good things about the quality of the clothes though - finger's crossed!"
