Not The Best Experience
"I received my 2019 EVH Wolfgang MIJ and things started going downhill when I opened the case and thousands of little beads from a broken freshness package came out and were all (still are) in the storage area. If that were the only issue I'd have given it 4 stare BUT I'd be embarrassed to send a customer a $2 or $2800 item that's packed so tightly in the case the D-Tuna actually carved itself into the wood..it was so out of tune and has a FR that WAS STILL ON THE GUITAR INSIDE THE CLOSED HSC CAUSING TOTAL DAMAGE, I'm not returning it BECAUSE I SPENT ANOTHER 1,388.26 TO HAVE IT FIXED. I COLLECT HIGH-END GUITARS BUT NEVER EVER EVER FROM THIS OBVIOUS DUMP.
HORRIFIC SERVICE AND THE CONDITION OF THE 3K INSTRUMENT IS UNBELIEVABLY RIDICULOUS FOR SOMEONE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE ON THE REAL SITES.. IF YOU BUY FROM THIS ONE, IT'S ON YOU. I AM DONE HERE"
