Bad customer service
"Alice burns was nothing but rude and nasty. I called about a package being delivered to my place of work that we need to make product and they told me someone will call me shortly to let me know when it will deliver because it was two days late. When I spoke to her she advise me she was told we where closed on the holiday 1/2-1/7... I of course questioned that because that's well after theholiday. When I asked her questions their was always a long awkward pause followed by a rude tone of useless information . She asked me to send her the BOL showing requested delivery date so I did (it in fact said 1/2 and why would I request a day we are closed). She then told me they wherent going to deliver until 1/7 (making it 5 days late). We need this product to run a business and I will be talking to my corporate office in our meeting to make sure we dont use them again. Theirs a reason they have less than 2 stars no matter where you go to look at their reviews. Stop blaming the customers and do your job."
