"Placed order for blue-ant speaker phone item showed up broken I sent the item back WITH a rma number waited and waited called today and ask where my money was told me " we had been waiting for you to call we don't have time to call you " then was told i was going to get charged a 25% restocking fee and lose shipping BOTH ways when THEY sent me a broken item I am contacting blue-ant at this time but do no deal with mobile city online"
"I placed a order for ram for a client and set it to be installed 5 days later as I do with all parts I order from newegg.com due to there vary good 3 day shipping after 4 days past I contacted newegg to see where my part was I was told it was shipped there new "egg saver" shipping and could take up to 15 days to get to me BUT it was free shipping this way, VARY upset I had to goto my local store and pay top a vary high price for the ram to put in the PC due to the fact it was contract work, I contacted newegg.com about this and was issued a $50 store credit when the ram was only $40 to start with newegg.com did every thing in there power to make me happy and to ensure this would not happen to me again I WILL be shopping with newegg.com in the future
Update 11/25/2008: just had to RMA a print server to newegg.com so I called and ask for a RMA not only was I given a RMA but they are paying to ship it back due to the fact that there product description was just a bit off NEWEGG ROCKS!!!!!"
