"Ordered a Plasma TV from Vanns. Overall value was good. Everything went well, except for the delivery. The shipping company, "Big Yellow", took 2 days to get it from their local warehouse, to my house. The tracking information indicated that it would delivered on December 26, and it showed that it was delivered to the warehouse in town on that date, but it took me until noon on the 28th before I'd receive it, and that's only because I made numerous phone calls to Big Yellow in order to get them to help me. If not for my phone calls, it probably would have taken several more days. Overall, however, I thought it was a decent transaction and I would do business with Vanns again."
