Excellent customer service
"Reached out to chat with customer service regarding the design of my tote bag and fanny pack. Terrence was great! He walked me through the entire process, sent me proofs of what each item would look like, updated my cart and even stayed in our chat while I placed my order to make sure it went through okay. Excellent customer service! My first stop will be with discount mugs for any future orders."
