Ordered Correctly, . . . . But I received the wrong part.
"I ordered my 2002 Ford F-350 Super Duty tailgate top trim replacement part exactly as required and paid $35, but then received a part that didn't come close to fitting. I then applied for the Return Number as required, and sent the part back in the original packaging as directed via the least expensive rate available to me through the postal service - $28. Their original box was 5"x5"x76". This seller did promptly agree to credit my account for the price of the part, but only gave me an $8.50 credit for the cost to mail it back. Bottom line, It cost me almost $20 because of their error?"
