"Amazon is a life saver! I never have to leave my office and fight traffic and irritating people at the malls or shopping centers. Amazon has ALWAYS delivered the products on-time, and if I have ever had a complaint or unhappy with the products, they have cheerfully accepted the return without any argument. They even took back a really bad game I downloaded...which they usually won't do. I just received an order from them today...on time, and exactly what I ordered. A+ They are doing it right from my prospective."

"Excellent food and excellent service. I started this service for my 86 year old parents a few years back after my experience with the company. They are customer service orientated, which is rare in today's business environment.
Their food, although not exceptional by any means, is adequate and reasonable for what you're paying. The driver is ALWAYS polite and helpful with taking their order and delivering the product ON TIME, EVERY TIME. There has never been a delay or canceled order, and when my folks complained about the taste/quality of a dish, Schwan's refunded the cost of the food and replaced it with another dish.
I recommend this company over others providing the same service."
