Excellent Customer Service!!!
"“Never EVER have had a bad experience dealing with Newegg.ca. When I have had questions, Irma A. was nothing short of spectacular! She was professional, courteous, helpful and even had a great sense of humour. My experience with her was not just a simple Q&A, she really made me feel like a valued customer. I never really understood the whole customer experience survey concept, because all I have ever knew was mindless drones on the end of the line, there to do a job. In my opinion, customer service agents in any industry could learn a thing or two from her and I sincerely hope she gets the recognition she deserves!!!”"
