Exemplary Customer Service and Gorgeous Custom 14kt Gold with Bezel Set Diamond Belly Button Ball
"My wife and I purchased a belly ring while traveling to St. Thomas, USVI in February of this year (2019). I reached out to Paul at Freshtrends shortly after her piercing because we wanted a top quality 14kt gold ball with a bezel set genuine diamond in lieu of the plain gold ball that came with the ring. Little did we know about the differences between internal and external threads, let alone the variations in thread size. Paul took the time to educate us about the thread variances and his team promptly went to work creating our custom diamond and gold ball. The finished product is truly amazing. Paul went well above and beyond to satisfy both my wife and me! We are extremely pleased with Freshtrand's customer service, unmatched quality and custom craftsmanship. My wife is elated with her new diamond and gold ball. We will certainly purchase from Freshtrends again in the future and highly recommend them!!!"
