"I have to say when I called in to get some compensation for my product taking so long its then when everything went down hill from there with the customer service. Let's just say it wasn't pleasant. That leads me to Damon, he went above and beyond his call of duty by doing what he could to make me happy and keep me as a returning client. I have to say he did just that by not only taking care of me but also offering me a little compensation for the inconvenience that I went through for that I just want to say thank you DAMON and CARID for taking care of me.
