"Ordered a notebook hard drive that turned out to be DOA. Needed the hard drive in a hurry so we had to buy a replacement locally. Luckily newegg's return policy rocks. After telling them the situation, they have waived the restocking fee as well (which I would expect). Have been ordering from newegg for a long time and this is the first time I've had to RMA something. Thanks newegg!"

"I ordered a chieftec DX-01BD for $62 including window, 2 fans, and shipping. I placed the order the 26th of Sep. After 3 days I emailed them, no responce; I emailed them again, no responce. They send me a shipping confermation and it ships the 10th of Oct. I recieve it the 15th.
They never stated weather the case was steal or alumminum, so I assumed steal for the price. When I got it it was fully alumminum with my window installed (alumminum is better). The item was better than expected.
- I had to wait almost 3 weeks for my order.
- They never replied to either of my emails.
- They charged my card within 1 week of my order.
+ $62 including shipping for aluminum Full Tower, w/ window, and 2 decent fans. Sweat!
If you can save enough money and can wait up to 3 weeks for item, Go ahead. If you need to gett ahold of them, good luck."
