Shopping here since 2012 and this is how a customer is treated.
"My credit card was charged but I received a different item than what I ordered. When I called I was told that they were out of that item but I could return the incorrect item for a refund/credit. Why should I have to go to the trouble of returning the item when it was their error? They charged me for something that I did not order. Terrible customer service. Then I was told they would give me $20 credit for a future order. Why would I do business with them again? Too many other places to make purchases."
"I placed an order on December 21st. I paid $6.99 extra for quick shipping. As of today, January 5th I do not have my contacts. I have called them 3 times this week and spoke to 3 different representatives. Each time I am given a different answer as to why they haven't arrived. Also, they told me that someone would return my call to give me a tracking number. This has not happened. Do not trust these people. They take your money but do not deliver the product. I actually ordered another set of contacts from another company yesterday as I need the contacts."
