"I just bought a router from these guys. The routers are excellent plug and play. After screwing the dog with my old asus trying to WW-DRT and got tired of it I bought a router from these guys as suggested by my vpn provider their support though sucks big time. Ticket is open but nothing after 24 hours. Let me add to my review after some support I ended up sending the router back for repair. It went through customs no problems they checked it and sent it back. Now my router is stuck at customs and Fedex (another rip off) doesn't want to let it go because numb nut flashrouter doesn't want to redo the custom papers. Very simple nowhere it says repaired under warranty then Fedex would release it no I will to pay customs and taxes on my OWN router because flashrouter don't want to redo the commercial invoice and fax it to Fedex how hard is this for that reason people stay away from this outfit was of money probably a backyard scamming outfit in my book. I see now you don't want to change my 4 stars to 1 you are scammer to resellerating"
"They are rip off scammer. I bought a LeBra for my vehicle the front cover and the hood protector. I received a box for the front cover and inside the hood protector was included but they don't you that on their web site. They (CARID) sent me an e-mail saying that the hood cover was back order yup the good old back order BS after the fact that I ordered the whole kit kaboodle and right after I received the box with "everything included" it so happened that the BO which wasn't supposed to be ship before the end of the month was magically on its way. The UPS man shows up at my door and guess what taxes and customs to pay. I refused it and sent an e-mail to CARID saying that I refused it to avoid the customs and taxes and the shipping charges to send it back. The $#*! sent me an e-mail saying that I have to pay taxes and customs on it and wait for their RMA number and resend it back on my dime. Well after paying more in shipping then the original price of the hood protector, I have to pay for customs and taxes for something that I will end up sending back plus I will have to pay for shipping again. I will end up paying that hood protector twice if not more then the original price, they think I'm stupid or what. Now after I refused to pay for customs and taxes UPS (another rip off company) will ship it back to Carid. So it will cost me $66.00 to learn never to buy at that place the price of the hood protector plus shipping. People stay away from these scamming thieves.
