"Warning to anyone sending packages overseas, especially to China: DO NOT USE UPS! Their packages all go through a crazy long and complex import process resulting in at least a 2 week delay and paying heavy customs fees. It is absolutely ridiculous to have to pay $30.00 to receive a care package sent to me for my birthday from my family containing a few special treats from home, like pictures my nieces and nephews drew, my favorite candy, and cards from family members. Other services such as United States Postal Service and FedEX have never had these kinds of problems, but each of the 3 times in 7 yrs that someone used UPS to send me something it resulted in long delays and crazy customs fees. Do not use UPS to ship anything to China!"
