SCAM/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/THEIF
"I ordered the shower head with the extra beads. I returned the product UNOPENED in original box. That was BEFORE COVID. I've YET to receive my refund and every time I email I get an automated response asking the SAME questions challenging everything I have responded to already. DO NOT VALIDATE THIS COMPANY BY ORDERING ANYTHING!!!! TOTAL SCAM!"
