I’ve ordered things online before and never had any problems and didn’t think anything of it. But now that it’s been almost two weeks and my tracking number is always unavailable, I can’t get replies from emails and never any returned calls. The number I’ve called goes straight to voicemail for a woman named Kim with Best Gadget Store customer service. I’ve called many times with no response. Fearing the worst I checked about a scam and came across this page. Thank god it was only $31.90. I’ve learned my lesson - never order on Facebook."
