Brand new Sony XR-85Z9J purchased and delivered flawlessly
"I have followed Cleveland Plasma for years but never purchased from him before. I always went to BestBuy Magnolia to buy my high end audio and video. He supports many of the AVS Forum discussions and appeared to be here for the long term. So when I decided to upgrade to a new Sony XR-85Z9D LCD TV, I decided to give Chris a chance.
This TV is so new that many places had never heard of it or said it is not yet released. Chris found me a unit and gave me a price that was better then anyone else. A good price is one thing but when your spending almost $10,000 you need more than a good price. I wanted assurance of a quality delivery and a promise that if anything went south that I would get the support required to make things right.
Cleveland Plasma (Chris) delivered that and more. He took care of my registration and was available during my delivery should anything happen. The delivery was a dream. I feared that the guy would just drop it off and leave it to me. This set weighs 139 pounds and I am 74 years old so you add it up.
The driver helped place it in my Den and helped me open the box to verify everything was good. I was able to put the feet on the unit and he helped me put the TV on the Credenza. I plugged the unit in and like magic it turned on to a beautiful picture. I told the driver thank you and tipped him. It was a perfect delivery. Thank you Chris. I wish I had been buying all my stuff from you over the years. So HAPPY!"
"I ordered a hitch that showed in stock and 2 to 3 days for shipping. After 4 days and seeing nothing I contacted their chat help. I was told it would ship that day. The next day no shipment. I again contacted chat help and was told that it would be coming soon. I asked if I could cancel. They said no once order is placed it cannot be canceled. I got an email from them that afternoon saying they did not know when that item would ship. I decided then to place the order elsewhere. The other company shipped within a day. It turns out Auto Parts Warehouse finally shipped the item. I called to see how to send it back. They first said you cannot refuse the item. But then I would be stuck with the freight shipping charge. One person told me to go ahead and refuse the shipment when it arrives. So that is what I did. Now I have to see how I am going to get my money back...."

I got a great price and they followed through with delivery in a reasonable period of time. Further, when I presented them with a lower price, they verified the price and gave me a refund. So I must say that for a purchase over three thousand that they did what they said they would do. I highly recommend them"
"I have checked with this merchant a number of times via the internet. Each time I tried to place an order for a Sony hvr-a1 the resulting checkout process would show none in stock. I have called them and they have said that they will get them in and to check periodically. Their rating looks good so I every now and then check to see if they have it. Yesterday June 27th, they showed it was in stock. I completed the purchasing process and they accepted my credit card. Then within about an hour I received a confirmation and then a note to contact their customer service. I did that today the 28th of June. I was told that it was not in stock but if I purchased one of their kits then it would be availalbe. I think this bait and switch? She even offered to double the warranty if I purchased the kit for $1999.00, versus the $1475.00 I paid. So now I have the option of waiting to see if they get it in. And of course the order will be canceled within two weeks by them if it does not arrive. The order was for the compete camera and all the accessories as stated on their web site. This is pure crap and should not be tolerated. By the way I did purchase a camcorder from buydig.com and they followed through as professionals. When they did not have something in stock they alerted me and allowed me to cancel. I also received the credit right away."
