"My first two online orders were processed and shipped promptly. The first, a parka, came with a zipper that would hang up due to slightly crooked sewing. LE promptly send another and took back the first one. My second order was for a pair of jeans hemmed to length. Perfect! I've been looking for years for 31" inseam--no other stores offer this service."

"I ordered a Garmin GPS from Newegg which was defective from the start. Newegg exchanged it for another unit which proved to have the same problem. By this time my limited exchange period was over and I was not happy about having to pay a second shipping fee to return it to Garmin. My complaint caught Newegg's attention and they made everything right--even more than I expected. So now I'm a big fan of Newegg and Newegg is my store of choice."
