Miss marked part
"I ordered to parts for my dryer, a knob and a timer. The knob was correct. The timer was missed labeled. The box and the correct label on it but the part inside was wrong. The part I ordered had about 10 connectors on it, the one shipped had six. Called there customer service and explained. They said I would need to send back before I get a replacement or have to buy another one and get a refund on the first. They have always provided good service. This time was disappointing, having to wait longer for part"
