Ridiculously bad customer service
"You pay extra for expedited next day shipping in my case $100 and the item doesn't arrive for 4 days. Then I have to pay to return the item they're unwilling to make any adjustments to shipping or return costs. Despite multiple emails to them from me and me reaching out to UPS who said that if they contacted them they could make the adjustment they won't do it"
