"I work in the field of IT warrenty repairs for compaq/hp. I do side jobs for my friends now and then for extra cash when the need arises. My latest venture included a compaq presario 1700 which had died on a clients laptop. I checked it out and sure enough the board had gone bad. Be it this was an older model it was clearly out of warrenty so I shopped around online for system boards. HP/Compaq wanted around $460 for the board purchased which was a bit high. I found the board on Ebay for about 375 which was even better. It was when I slapped the part# of the board into reseller ratings search for products when I discovered notebookparts.com was selling the board for $249.00, good deal! I checked the site out and it looked professional enough that I felt comfortable buying from them. Shipping was estimated at 5-7 days so I was not expecting anything any time soon. To my disbelief, the board arived on the 4th (purchased Sunday Night on the 2nd!) Very impressed. Not sure if the board was refurbed or not, but I found no markings on it to indicate otherwise. Swapped out the board and fired up the laptop, and sure enough it powered on just fine. Much thanks to Notebookparts.com for the quick delivery and low price. I will not only keep them in mind for my future ventures, but share my experiance with my colleagues."

"Newegg is the best, nuff said

"Bought my logitech mx500 from them, cheapest price i could find...10 bucks cheaper than anywhere else..and they only charged 2.27 shipping...so it was the best deal.
no problems at all, bought my mouse may 16th and got it today may 24th (ground shipping from CA to CT)
Very Satisfied and will consider buying from them again."
