Terrible Company - no regard to customer experience
"I SHOULD JUST WRITE "DITTO"! MY STORY IS SIMILAR TO MANY OTHERS. STATE LINE TACK ACCEPTED AN ORDER FROM ME ON DECEMBER 2ND FOR A PAIR OF BOOTS FOR MY DAUGHTER. THEY LISTED AS IN STOCK AND DIDN'T TELL ME THEY WERE BACK-ORDERED UNTIL CHRISTMAS. 6 WEEKS LATER I RECEIVE A BOX AND IT'S THE WRONG MERCHANDISE... SO I HAVE TO SHIP IT BACK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLOSED ON WEEKENDS, DESPITE THE INSTRUCTIONS SENT TO ME. IF YOU CAN NOT PROPERLY SET EXPECTATIONS WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS - STOP TAKING ORDERS!"
