Awful experience
"I ordered flowers for a funeral a week before the due date. I had picked carefully from their online pictures. On the morning of the funeral the flowers were not delivered to the funeral directors and I had to chase them up. Appalling. When I did see the flowers the only way they resembled the online picture as that they were flowers in a basket. Customer service hopeless. They just parrot pathetic little platitudes. I would just like to be told that yes they made a mistake and that they will endeavour that this will never happen again. However they are happy with the product they sent so that's ok then. Everyone do yourself a favour. Avoid this company."
