"I had a question about uploading my design and did an online chat but they weren't in yet due to the time difference. They immediately responded upon getting into the office. She called and followed up with an instruction email. Then once I placed the order I chose to have a designer look it over first and they did so quickly. Again they gave me a call informing me of the next steps, followed up by an email. Once I accepted it and submitted it, he updated me that it would be going into production and shipped the following day. Even though I chose the 3-5 day shipping it came fast. I only took a quick peek at the banner so far but it looks like great quality! I was surprised how big of a sign I picked lol. The price wasn't bad. I had a wonderful experience. The employees were professional and friendly. Customer Service and product is A+ from me. I will definitely recommend."
