"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Astonishing good service. Visa payment online malfunctioned a bit, so I fixed my address. After some tries, it cleared. I send a memo to customer service, just to be nice.
Larry emailed me to say that he cancelled 2 duplicate orders that went thru, that I didn't know about. Glad I didn't get charged for 3 shoes.
I replied with concerns about style & size.
Larry the Manager (or was that Barry?) PHONED MY NUMBER DIRECTLY and asked me some questions about my fit. Larry made an excellent suggestion to a different model New Balance shoe, and 1/2 size larger. I agreed, so he modified my order and shipped. These shoes fit PERFECTLY. Where can you get that kind of top quality service these days?"
