"We reeived a damaged carry bag and were told sorry it is not covered by warranty. Also could not figure out how to open the banner and there is no video or instructions to explain that you have to pull it out with needle nose pliers if it accidently falls all the way down into the banner well. There is also no video or instructions to explain how to extend the pole. The banner printng was very well done."

Posted Apr-12-2017If the bag gets damaged in use, we do offer replacements, but that kind of damage isn’t covered under warranty. A bag that was damaged in transit would need a shipping damage claim, but that damage needs to be reported right away and after more than a month we can no longer make that claim with UPS. We did go back and read the emails where we were helping you with the stand, and no mention of the bag was ever given, so I'm sorry if we missed that.
In regards to the lack of instructions / video about pulling your banner out with needle nose pliers, really there aren’t instructions on that because it’s not supposed to happen. When something strange like that happens because of damage or rough handling in transit, the best thing to do is what you did, which is contact us so we can help resolve the problem.
We’ve never had anyone request video instructions for the pole in the past, but we’ll certainly consider adding them. If you do need help with the pole please call us.
