"I tried over and over again to get things resolved. Rock Auto continued to ship items to me that appeared to be returns to them. I was getting parts that had missing accessories, and damage on threaded pieces, missing grease boots and all seemed to be items that had been handled. I finally gave up after three round trip returns and tried another vendor who sent me the same item in perfect and new condition with all the pieces and a well packaged shipment."

"Caution when purchasing from Purplus for download. I ordered virus software late on a Friday because my existing virus software licensing closed out on Saturday. It is late Sunday and my order is still listed as "Processing" despite Purplus promptly billing my credit card Friday. I know they are not staffed on weekends, but this download software is normally automated. Be prepared to wait for your download key, for days... I had a few alternative vendors for the same price."
"Ordered two fans which were advertised as "In Stock". Received and email a day later telling me only 1 was available. The email had an attachement of someone elses order, from
FrozenCPU. So, who get's to see MY order details?
Anyway, I received a prompt refund once I
brought this and the advertisement status
of "In Stock" to their attention. A poor
way to do business."
