"Bought a Nokia Booklet 3G from this vendor. The netbook came locked to AT&T for whatever reason. I had to get it unlocked through a 3rd party. However, Star Telecom REFUNDED ME IN FULL for the 3rd party fee. I'm satisfied with this deal and will certainly do business with this vendor in future."
