Order would've been great - if it was in stock
"I placed my order based on material shown on the site as available and ready to ship - I even paid the additional cost to expedite shipping. After placing my order, I 'chatted' in to customer service to see if they could give me an expected delivery date for the shipment. They could not, only telling me that the expedited shipping would be handled through USPS. After a few days of waiting for a shipping confirmation, which never came, I chatted back in to customer service to inquire if the material I ordered was even available, in stock, or backordered? To my surprise, the material was indeed backordered and they did not have a firm confirmation date of when they would be receiving new inventory from the manufacturer. I have since cancelled the order and a refund has been issued (which, that process went very smoothly, thus the two start rating). All of this confusion could have easily been avoided had the site, or customer service, accurately depicted in stock inventory, or backordered inventory, rather than me having to chase down that information after the fact, and after my card had already been charged for the order (and the expedited shipping)."
