They try their best to not refunding money!!!
"I have spend over $10,000 within 6 months buying many things. So I can be a good customer right? They sent me a damaged item recently, however the item was marked as VERY GOOD condition. So I asked for my return label so I could send it back and get my refund. Their response was BS!!! Saying it is a used item so it could have wear out/blemishes and return it at your own expense. I complained about a CHIPPED DIAMOND!!! How can it be a VERY GOOD condition item!?!?! I want my damn refund!!!!!"
