Company makes up policy as they go
"Contacted them for a refund within the 30 days of receipt of a product. The said that the return has to be initiated 30 days from the order, even though it took 13 days to receive the product. The web policy states it is 30 days from receipt.
I would not use this company. They sold products they did not have in stock, would not respond to emails and, in the end, were dishonest about their policy."
