"Great quality and fast shipment. I was very pleased at how fast my order was processed and that I had a tracking number the same day I ordered my product. Also the sword I received was top quality and am very happy with it. This site was a great alternative to all the junk available on eBay. The listings were very accurate and even had extra detail on the history of the company or the product. I will be coming back here for future purchases and recommending anyone looking for a sword to check this site out first."

"Very upset. Microcenter has had a product I purchased and I did not get any e-mail or any way of finding out the status of my order for over 6 hours. Then out of the blue they cancelled my order due to stock shortages even though they were still taking orders online. I am very upset at this and they have lost a long time customer."

"2 day deliver using free shipping method. I can't believe the prices I sometimes get on some of the products here after all the discounts I can find on the web.
My only complaint is that I was never given a tracking number or had any idea of when the package would arrive. It wasn't too big of a deal as it only took 2 days for the package to get delivered but thats because it shipped from Pennsylvania to Massachussetts, I'm sure if I lived further away it would have been a much longer wait."

"Gotta love newegg. All my computer hardware is purchased here for peace of mind, I've returned a couple things for replacements and have never once had a problem. Used the free 3 day shipping and recieved my item next day. I keep coming back to newegg because of the great customer service and great prices. Keep it up and you'll never loose me as a customer."
