"I've grown over this year to like Best Buy and their website quite a bit. I was even able to get an in-store Black Friday special ordered via their website, and the pickup process during Black Friday was outstanding. Employees seem knowledgeable without being overly pushy. Customer Service has been polite and understanding with me. Their price-match guarantee is handy, there are stated limitations but generally they stick to their word and make it work. I used to hate Best Buy, but lately they've gotten a lot of their acts together, and now am surprised to find they're my go-to electronics and music store."

"Amazon is my favorite online merchant, my family and I use them quite a bit. Just today I had a customer service issue, an item arrived with packaging in unacceptable condition, and despite the item not available for Prime shipping by itself, their representative sent out a replacement with next-day shipping. While their boxing practices are all over the map, I rarely get damaged items due to it. Their customer service has often treated me in excellent course."

"I've ordered numerous times from Hasbro's online shop here. Items are priced fairly, sticking closely to the MSRP (since their parent company is the manufacturer), they have decent email communications, and regular online coupon codes and the occasional specials. However, shipping costs are a tad higher than I'd like, shipping speeds are a bit slow, they charge sales tax despite not being in my state, and products are packed haphazardly in shipping boxes. Since HasbroToyShop is run as an independent arm of the company they have to go through the same order processes as other retailers which makes them picky about what collectible items they choose to stock, and how much stock they get, which leads to some items not showing up in a timely fashion or at all, or showing up and selling through in minutes. Their cart system has a frustration in the last issue, if you have an item in your cart it is not treated as "reserved" for you and may still sell through while you are ordering, returning you to the cart overview page only now asking you to remove the item from your cart - for hard-to-find collectibles this is ridiculously frustrating. I've only had to contact them once, their storefront system makes canceling orders a contact issue, they were fine but it was an extra step that other online retailers don't make customers go through these days. In terms of email correspondence, an online receipt is quickly sent and a shipping email is also sent though it does not include a shipping tracking number. As for every-day stuff and clearance items though, HasbroToyShop is fine and reasonable."

"I've purchased twice this year from World Kitchen, first a set of Corelle luncheon plates and standard bowls, then 2 months later a few replacement saucers after I broke one from my original set, unfortunately they no longer make it in my set's blue color so I settled for the same pattern in black. I paid via Paypal and quickly received email confirmation receipts for each, but no other correspondence. Both orders came well-packed with no breakage, arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and one came with a coupon for their brick-n-mortar store (it's bit of a drive so I haven't bothered yet, but it was a good coupon)."
