"I bought a Thermalright AX-7 Heatsink and a 80mm fan from them on 5-29-02. They promised same day shipping but shipped two days later when I called them for the status. I got the on the 6-3-02. They package the item with 2 piece of newspaper. Lucky for me that it did not damage anything. These guys have great price but cutting back on packaging isn't the way to go. I would buy minor item from them again but with bigger or fragile I'd think twice."

"I'd order the 2 sticks of Samsung 256MB DDR PC2700 from this company with out any problem. The memory arrived quickly and work perfect. I had to call the company to check up on the status of it and it wasn't easy to get thru. Took me 3 calls and when I did get thru they were very helpful. Newegg is better and faster but the memory i bought was much cheaper on Z-Buy."

"This company is the greatest. I didn't think I was gonna buy online again due to some pass bad experience. I checked there status here and they seem to be a good company. I went ahead and ordered a Lite-on DVD-Rom from them. The price isn't the lowest the the cheap shipping made up for it. I ended up paying $2 more then the cheapest price I found on Pricewatch but I didn't care much because I feel more secure with Newegg. I ordered on Wednesday late at night(9:00 PM). The Drive arrived on Friday morning. That's fast service done right. I would definitely buy from them in the future."
