"I have enjoyed the quality of Puritans products for a few years now. Because I have MCS, I especially appreciate their fragrance-free warehouse & handling practices which has continued even after the COVID outbreak.
However, after ordering their Vitamin E Cream (in a 3-for-1 deal) I discovered it had a pronounced fragrance. I submitted a complaint. They emailed me, and then called me, basically pursued me to make it right. After taking down the details of the issue, they gave me a full refund. So I have no hesitation in continuing to order from them. They do need to figure out what is going on with that cream, though."
"I like Vitacost because I can get a wide range of things I need all in one order. I wish there was a place to type special instructions for my order. There has been trouble in the last year with fragrances contaminating my orders. It could be from the delivery service rather than the Vitacost warehouse, so I'd like Vitacost to try putting all my items in a sealed plastic bag to see if that will help. But there is no way to request this."
