Ordered a steering wheel. Waited a week for the item. Received mudflaps.
"I placed the order for a replacement steering wheel on March 8. I received a tracking number that the item had shipped on March 13. The item finally arrived on March 20, and I could tell there was a problem as soon as the mail carrier handed me the box. It was a rectangular box. I opened it to find that they had sent me mudflaps. I called and they said that they were aware of the issue because the person who had received the steering wheel had called and that they were just waiting for me to receive the mudflaps. They said that the steering wheel would be there tomorrow and that they would overnight it to me. I would steer clear of this outfit, as they don't seem to have a grasp on how to deal with customers."
"They shipped my order to an old address. I tried to contact them, but they are proud of the fact that they have no customer service. I tried to call FedEx to have the shipment rerouted, but RockAuto restricts changes to shipping and only they can request shipping changes. I tried to use the online self help form, but there is no category for incorrect shipping address, and they can only assist after the package had been delivered. That's the problem, once it's been delivered, there's no way they can reroute the package. I will never do business with this company again."
