"I booked my trip thru bookit and it had to be cancelled due to the COVID pandemic Which is fine for except the money that was supposed to be refunded to me was not and instead I am met with a general notice to contact my bank to recover my funds for the trip and my flight wasn’t cancelled by them and I can’t even get in touch with someone from the airline. This whole procedure was poorly executed and left us consumer hanging in the balance"
