Amazing customer service and communication
"I emailed and asked for help finding the correct CTRL replacement key for my laptop. They replied very quickly and gave me instructions on what I needed to photograph. Once I emailed the photos, they again quickly replied with a link to the correct replacement key. The key was shipped the next day. It fits and works perfectly. Their web site has many easy to follow tutorials. I was really impressed with the great customer service I received. I had bought a key from another company first. It looked the same as my key, but was too small. Thank you Laptopkey!"
