"I have used their services for several years albeit I am in Dubai, UAE.
In November I ordered 3 rugby T shirts for a very good friends birthday. We used to play rugby in the Military and Police.
The products never arrived. I checked the tracking and it said that they were ‘delivered’. This was a ‘blatant lie’. I enquired with them and their courier but no one would or could provide a decent explanation. The next thing I learned was that on their website order tracking it said that they were ‘seeking a courier’?
Following numerous mails to them and the courier P2P – as they both have no contact numbers to call? I became very heated and that reflected in my mails. What companies have no customer contact numbers????
I AM STILL NONE THE WISER?
The birthday was missed thanks to them, and I am still not refunded as of today.
This is now becoming pathetic and I am at the end of despair with you.
Their customer service is terrible and they don't care at all"
