"I was I recreated in an essential oil that was out of stock. I clicked the option to let me know when it was back in stock. 2 days later I received an email that it was back in stock. I immediately ordered it and added a diffuser since shipping was already pretty high. A few days later I received only the diffuser and no oil. Mo one called
Or emailed or offered to let me know that the oils was out of stock again within 2 or 3 days. I have since sent multiple emails and called with no response. Since the diffuser was an afterthought and I still paid full shipping g I am unhappy about what seems to be bad Information that the oil was even in stock."
"I ordered masks on March 20 that i still have not received. Seller does not answer emails are return calls. Provided bogus tracking info that states package was delivered to Staten Island at same zip it originated from. I can not get a refund from PayPal because he provided tracking I do even though it is bogus. Checked multiple places. Same story over and over. I am now speaking with the state of NY. He is in their radar."
