This company is a fraud. I payed 60 bucks for a item and it didn't work. I rma'd it like I was supposed to and its been 4 months and I have yet to see the item. !@#$ this company."

"This site is just plain awesome. I do all my computer purchases through them. I just bought a chieftech case tuesday at around noon and it got here two days later at 1pm. It shipped the same day and got here early with fedex saver shipping.
Now in defense of newegg from the guy that posted a bad rating.
1. Newegg has in their policy that you must pay for the return shipping. ya need to read a lil more before rushing through buying something.
2. Sometimes you get bad parts I ordered a gainward geforce3 ti200. Sometimes its better you go through the manufacture. Thats the disadvantage to buying online is that you have to wait.
3. Their business is mainly website driven. Prolly easier to obtain a RMA number through the site but I haven't had to cause if i have a bad part I go through the manufacture of the part. You prolly should have called Epox.
4. Sending out boards that are bad? wtf? how can a company expect to make money offa sending people stuff that they know is bad. I highly doubt that they were knowingly sending out bad boards. Prolly just a rumor. And when calling people on the phone most of the time they don't know jack $#!% about what they are selling because all they do is answer phones all day.
These are just my two cents. I know how it feels to be ticked off at a company for something. Just next time think rationally before speaking. I mean seriously a company with this great of a rating with this many votes this cannot be the norm. All in all my 600+ dollars that i've spent over the past 3-4 months there I haven't had one problem and the problem I had i dealt with the manufacture because I knew a rep's e-mail addy to get everything accomplished quickly.
