"When I went to my healthcare provider's physical "cpap" store looking for a replacement Mirage Quattro mask, first I was told that I couldn't even go in the store and "browse" until I had registered with the receptionist so that they could assign me a technician to help with my needs. I told them I didn't need help, just a replacement mask. They refused to allow me inside until I registered. Finally the technician came and took me to his office. I told him exactly what I wanted and needed. He told me they did not have any Mirage Quattro masks because they were discontinued and couldn't get any more. I asked why someone couldn't have said that rather than go through the dog and pony show. Long story short, I ended up getting a different replacement mask, which at first I was apprehensive about because I like my other one. But it ultimately turned out to be pretty comfortable and compatible with my sleeping routine. I was still frustrated however, and went home and immediately jumped on the internet to see if the Mirage Quattro was in fact no longer available. What I found was that it was generally still available on almost every site. I was particularly pleased when I got on your site and found that I didn't have to replace the whole mask, but could simply get the two parts that I needed. What a nice experience to be able to just go to a place and get what you need when you need it without all the fuss and posturing I got from my "all-knowing, all-controlling" major healthcare company."
