Run away from these scam artists
"I've ordered from ebags for years. Never had a problem until recently, but now will NEVER place an order from ebags again. Long story short: I think ebags is about to go bankrupt and has resorted to scamming their customers to survive. Perhaps an unfortunate victim of Covid-19, but that doesn't mean they have a right to steal out of their customers wallets.
No legitimate e-retailer would tell you their certificate codes are not working for several days! They told me to place an order with my credit card and then call back to request a refund after they could check my return store credit balance with their "home office." What kind of sense does that make? They could just check right away and help me place the order on the phone - but they said they couldn't do that either.
The selection of goods continues to decrease, the price discounts continue to increase, they have removed their customer service telephone number form the ebags website, and they now say they return store credit and gift certificates are no longer working. Too many red flags. Run, don't walk away from this garbage scamming!"

"Terrible! They cancelled my order claiming my address was different than what was on file with my CC company.
The address was not different. I checked the next day and those &*^%( punks raised the prices on both of the items I was trying to order. I'd rather pay a few more $$$ elsewhere then deal with this garbage. Their website sucks too. I just went there because of the price. I guess you really do get what you pay for.

"Bought an almost $300 knife from knifeworks.com. I have one just like it already, but the first place I bought it from were out of stock - so decided to try knifeworks.
Big mistake. The knife was clearly already used. The cardboard box it came it had crudely been taped back together, the sealed pouch the knife comes in had already been opened, the liner locking mechanism had left marks on the blade, and the blade had play from side to side.
It's clear this knife had already been well worn-in. I don't know if it was intentional bait and switch or fraud, but I went back to their website and I now notice the knife I purchased is out of stock... obviously this was the last knife left in stock - and it had probably been returned for the blade play issue.
Very dssapointing. I would try bladehq.com instead where I bought my first knife. A better overall price and no nasty surprises or mistakes."

"Parts shipped out quickly & arrived in good condition.
This place has some of the best deals around. There website kinda sucks in regard to product descriptions, but considering all other factors this is easily overlooked."
